Application

Apply Luxe lip Scrub to the lips and gently massage away dull skin. It will melt on the lips you can wipe or rinse off with a damp wash cloth. Follow up with our Luxe lip Conditioner. Use two to three times a week for irresistibly soft, luscious lips.
